Munster's man of the match Donncha O'Callaghan summed up the feelings of every home fan after his side dumped Wasps out of the Heineken Cup.
The lock was a thorn in the side of the Wasps lineout all match. His physical presence dominating the set piece and securing ball time and again for his side.
"Winning this gives us a great sense of achievement. We treated this as a Cup final. Wasps are a class side and they set the standard. We're thrilled to be in the quarter finals.
"It's a brilliant to be a part of this pool, but I think it should be looked at that we had so many good teams in the same pool.
"The lineout worked well for us - we try to compete in that area every week."
Losing skipper Lawrence Dallaglio was gracious in defeat saying, "best of luck to Munster - we can't win this trophy every year."
