Ulster front row heavyweight Rory Best thinks his side are on the right tracks after going toe-to-toe with the Ospreys in Friday night.
Ulster were outclassed last weekend at the Liberty Stadium but had much more of a say in front of the Ravenhill fans
Best won the man of the match award for his efforts and was clearly pleased with his side's performance. "It was a marked improvement form last week," he said.
"We identified a lot of flaws in last weekend's performance. We knew we had to improve. We knew we had to show heart and aggression and I believe we did that tonight.
"We haven't preformed at times this season, we haven't had the edge we need at this level.
"Tonight showed we have the ability to match it with the bigger boys. We know we have along way to go and we have to keep working hard every day.
