English champions Sale Sharks have suffered yet another injury blow; with Samoan centre Elvis Seveali'i the latest member of their squad to be sidelined.
Seveali'i is expected damaged his shoulder playing for the Pacific Islanders in their 61 - 17 defeat against Ireland on Sunday and will be out of action for at least three months.
Nathan Bonner Evans too was in the wars last Friday when he broke a finger.
The news of Seveali'i's protracted absence comes only days after injuries three other Sale players have been ruled out of action for the remainder of the season due to injuries sustained during the autumn internationals.
Fly-half Charlie Hodgson and prop Andrew Sheridan sustained respective knee and ankle injuries during England's 23-21 victory against South Africa 10 days ago.
And Scotland flanker Jason White picked up a serious knee injury against Romania a week earlier.
