Castres will play Edinburgh Rugby, Leinster and London Wasps in the Heineken Cup Pool 2. Castres centre Phil Christophers gave his feelings about the draw.
"I have to say we were expecting a tough draw after we only just made it into the competition, but this is going to be very hard for us. London Wasps are the reigning English champions and Leinster won the Magners League, so the quality of sides we are up against is fairly self-evident.
"Edinburgh are also a quality side and have got some great results in the Heineken Cup over the last few years. They will also be very tough to play against.
"Having said all of that, at this level every Pool is going to be hard and we are looking to grow as a team. The best way to do that is to put yourself up against the best.
"That's what we'll be able to do next season. We'll do our very best and hopefully get a few wins out of this line-up."
