Former All Black flanker Marty Holah believes the Ospreys are hitting their straps at just the right time to reach the Heineken Cup quarter-finals.
He believes the combination of learning from past mistakes and the I flux of new players such as himself means they are ready to go to Bourgoin for the victory which will put them through.
The Ospreys can top their group if Gloucester lose at home to Ulster, but can also secure a place as one of the best second-placed teams with a victory on Sunday.

"The way we have been building through the season and the way we have been learning from some of our mistakes and past performances, we are starting to hit our straps at the right time," said Holah.
"I definitely think we are ready, if you look at the way Gloucester have dominated their competitions in England then to compete with them in conditions which would have suited their style of play was very pleasing.
"We are right on the edge of breaking through to another level for the club.
"Bourgoin are certainly a tough side to play at home, if they get things their way early on then it will certainly be tough for us.
"Having two regions with a chance of going through will please Warren Gatland, but it also shows how Welsh rugby is really building after a tough year going out of the World Cup.
"To get two teams through to the quarter-finals of the Heineken Cup would certainly be pleasing."
