Edinburgh coach Andy Robinson hailed the best performance since he took charge and hopes his side's victory over Leinster will provide a real lift for rugby in Scotland.
With scrum half Mike Blair playing well after signing a long term contract to stay with Edinburgh, the former England coach believes there were promising signs in the 29-10 victory at Murrayfield.
With top two Leicester and Toulouse left to play in Pool Six, Robinson hopes his team will still have an influence on who qualifies.

"That was certainly the best result since I took over and the performance was the best we have played for 80 minutes," said Robinson.
"The fact they did not cross our line was great and the whole attitude of the team was a step up in terms of concentration.
"The key thing for us is that the players really played with some pride in the shirt they were wearing.
"In general there was a real courage throughout in defence and also in attack because we off-loaded the ball well.
"We have two games to go and we are playing the sides at the top of the table, so we can have some influence. It is two games against two outstanding teams and we will need to improve on what we have done against Leinster and show we are moving forward.
"It is vital to play against these sides and play with the same courage and conviction to take the step up. If we can dominate against Leicester then you can beat any side in Europe so that will be a huge test.
"The back row performed well and Mike Blair is getting better and better.
"He has just signed a new contract which is awesome for the club, a real statement he wants to stay here in Scotland and now I think this performance will provide a real lift for rugby in Scotland."
