"It definitely is the biggest game in the club's history and the players are really buzzed up for this one," said Lineen.
"To still be in the competition coming into the last game has never happened, being able to train inside at the home of Rangers, the amount of media interest, it is fantastic and the guys are aiming to make everyone in Glasgow and Scottish rugby proud.
"We will go out there and give it our best shot. We know what we have to do and those guys will go out and try to so it.
"Saracens are playing some fantastic rugby, but the weather will not be great and there is more than one way of scoring four tries but we have to look at winning the game first.
"We looked at the game away at Saracens and we scored three tries down there so there is no reason why we can't score four up here.
"I have a lot of respect for Saracens, the rugby they play, the way they are coached, they are a big squad and they know what they have to do as well.
"We need a big crowd and they can be the 16th man, I have seen it happen so much at other rugby clubs and it would be great to have 5,000 there."
