An independent Disciplinary Committee has imposed a fine of €5,000 on Perpignan as a result of a misconduct complaint brought by ERC.
Heineken Cup Misconduct Complaint
An independent Disciplinary Committee has imposed a fine of €5,000 on Perpignan as a result of a misconduct complaint brought by ERC against the club regarding ticketing arrangements for the Round 2 Heineken Cup Pool 1 match against London Wasps at Stade Aime Giral on 28 October, 2006.
The Committee found that Perpignan failed to make available to London Wasps the required ticket allocation for visiting Clubs. London Wasps requested their full allocation of 15 percent of every ticket category and Perpignan failed to make these available to London Wasps.
Heineken Cup Team Announcement Fine
An independent Disciplinary Committee has dismissed Toulouse's appeal against the €5,000 fine imposed on the club by the ERC Board of Directors for a breach of the team announcement regulations in the Heineken Cup.
The fine related to their team announcements for their Round 1 and 2 matches.
The Committee awarded the costs of the Appeal against Toulouse.
Heineken Cup Commercial Rules Fine
Sale Sharks withdrew their appeal against the fine of €5,000 imposed by the ERC Board of Directors for a breach of the Heineken Cup Commercial Rules and have agreed to pay the fine which was related to their Round 2 match against The Ospreys on Friday, 27 October.
