It's down to the wire now for the five contenders who have been shortlisted for the ultimate individual accolade in northern hemisphere rugby, ERC European Player of the Year 2013.




Northampton Saints are currently outselling London Wasps by two-to-one in the tickets stakes for the semi-final clash of the former winners clash at Coventry's Ricoh Stadium.
It will be the first time that rugby union has been played at the home of Coca-Cola Championship soccer side Coventry City and sports fans from Coventry will get an opportunity to sample the Heineken Cup big match experience as tickets for the game between go on public sale at the Ricoh Stadium today (Friday, 13 April) and from www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
While Wasps granted Northampton the 'Home' dressing room at the Ricoh Stadium, referee Alan Lewis had to toss a coin to decide who would have choice of kit because of a clash of colours. Wasps won and will wear their traditional black jersey, while the Saints will march onto the field wearing away jersey.
They are priced at £45, £35 and £25 with concessions for under 16s at £13.
