The Heineken Cup semi-finals will take place on the weekend of 2 and 3 May 2009. The reigning champions Munster will face Leinster at Croke Park on Saturday, 2 May at 5.30 pm. The following day, Cardiff Blues, who have qualified a Heineken Cup semi-final for the first time in their history, will meet double champions Leicester Tigers at the Millennium Stadium on Sunday, 3 May at 3.00 pm.
