Julian White can play no part in the Heineken Cup quarter-final this weekend after receiving a two-week ban.
The Leicester Tigers prop was this afternoon, Tuesday April 7, suspended for two weeks following a disciplinary hearing at the Park Inn Hotel, London Heathrow.
White was sent off for punching Andrew Sheridan during the Guinness Premiership match between Leicester Tigers and Sale Sharks on Saturday, April 4.
White's ban will run from today Tuesday April 7, until Monday April 20 and he will be eligible to play again on Tuesday April 21.
The hearing was chaired by His Honour Judge Jeff Blackett (Chair) with Jeff Probyn and Jonathan Dance.
