Leinster's two try hero Jamie Heaslip has warned his team mates that "there is still plenty to work on" if they are going to hang onto the Heineken Cup.
The Heineken Man of the Match in the epic 29-28 quarter-final win over ASM Clermont Auvergne at the RDS, Heaslip his side got through to the last four, and a trip to France to face either Toulouse or Stade Francais Paris, by the skin of their teeth. "We are happy with the win, but we still have a lot to work on. It was two sides going at each other hammer and tongs out there," said Heaslip. "They went 10 points up, we hit back with 20 and then they came back and got in front again. It must have been a great match to watch, but it was a war of attrition. "That experience will do us good, but I have to stress we have a lot to work on. It was great to win the Heineken Cup last season, but all we have in our minds now is winning it again. "We knew Clermont were going to come at us with all guns blazing. We wanted to front up, weather the storm and then take our chances when they came. "I think we did that and we were good when we had the ball and scored at crucial times. I rarely score these days, so I'm happy with my two tries. "But we could have got a third try and, had we done so, it would have made it a lot easier for us. In the end, they could have won it with that last drop goal. "We managed to put enough pressure on them for it to drift just past the post, but it was close."
