Aironi will wear black and silver for their home games, white and silver for away matches, and green for the Heineken Cup as they prepare to get their competitive season underway.
"I'm sure that our players will honour the jerseys," said Aironi's head coach, Franco Bernini of the new kit which was designed by adidas. "It will be a tough season for us, but every single player is working hard at the moment, and given that we will get to our first Heineken Cup match having already played several Magners League games, that will help us raise our intensity and also upgrade our results."
Italy international scrum-half, Tito Tebaldi, added that he was looking forward to playing in the Heineken Cup for the first time. "I was born in Parma and being part of this team and this franchise is an honour. This is a big opportunity for me and for the other young guys who are part of Aironi. Right now, Aironi is more important than Italy for me."
Aironi will open their Pool 4 campaign with a trip to Ravenhill where they take on 1999 champions, Ulster, on Friday, 8 October.
