Leicester Tigers chief executive Peter Wheeler has admitted that the English giants will be disappointed if they do not make it through the group stages in next season's Heineken Cup.
The Tigers failed to reach the last eight this year having finished third in a group that also included new French Champions Clermont Auvergne and new Celtic kings the Ospreys.
But, after being drawn in a Pool 5 alongside the Scarlets, Perpignan and Benetton Treviso, Leicester are already been tipped as one of the tournament favourites yet again.
Richard Cockerill's men won back-to-back Guinness Premiership titles last month and Wheeler is hopeful that they can at last repeat their European successes of 2001 and 2002.
"Without being euphoric about it, that is a good group. It's better than a couple of the others, which look really dangerous," said Wheeler, in reference to Pool 2, which pits Leinster, Clermont Auvergne, Saracens and Racing Metro, and Pool 3, which sees Munster, Ospreys, London Irish and Toulon battle it out for quarter-final qualification.
"Even though the groups are seeded these days you can get a tough group, as we did last season.
"You would be disappointed if we did not qualify. The make-up of the group gives you an opportunity to qualify.
"We go into it believing we can win. There's no club in Europe we don't believe we can't beat at home."
